Canada Day Opening

Kicking off summer at McLean Mill National Historic Park!

Join us kicking off the summer on Canada Day 🇨🇦! Grab the family, bring a picnic and a blanket (the Steampot Café is not quite ready, sorry) – there are picnic tables all over the site – and make it a day at the Mill!

Lawn/board games will be available (by donation) as well as some colouring fun for the kids. The Fairy Forest is still undergoing development if you wanted to drop of your creations – here’s your chance!

Feel like a guided tour to learn more about the history – join us at 1.30pm (also by donation) for a peek into some of the heritage houses. We ask you to please register in advance via email to tours@mcleanmill.ca

The Gift Shop will be open 10am – 4pm with some specials and a mix of classy, funky and nifty things – come say HI and take your pick.

Covid-19 measures are in place, please keep your distance and respect others keeping theirs (2m/6ft), number of visitors (especially in courtyard) will be monitored, tour group size will be limited to 15 people (first come first serve) and games will be sanitized after each use.
