We welcome you to take a walk through the historic village and to observe the heritage houses, steam equipment and sawmill in a self-guided tour anytime between dawn and dusk. Well behaved, leashed pets are welcome. Please pick up after your pets and be courteous of those around you.
Hopefully in the near future, the site office, cafe and gift shop will be open daily from 10am to 4pm and guided tours will be offered on a regular basis.
Please note, that some days the site may be closed due to all-day events, please check our website for news or visit our facebook page for updates. Pets may be restricted during our larger scale community events. Please check in with our events team if you are considering bringing your pet to a McLean Mill event.
The historic steam sawmill is no longer producing lumber for sale or demonstration. We welcome guests to observe the intricacies and to learn of the inner workings through our signage and displays from the viewing decks. McLean Mill Historic Park proudly offers interpretive guided tours right inside the mill itself during our summer season.
