Who we are
McLean Mill Historic Park is operated by the Alberni Valley Chamber of Commerce under the mandate from the City of Port Alberni.
10% Heritage Fee: McLean Mill National Historic Park is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the heritage, grounds, buildings, and artifacts of what once was the R. B. McLean Lumber Company. Much of its original machinery and buildings have survived, making it a rare example of a sawmill complex from the first half of the 20th century.
100% of the Heritage fees collected are given to the City of Port Alberni for the explicit use of repairs and restoration of McLean Mill National Historic Site, to ensure the site can be enjoyed for years to come.
